Shipping Policy
At Dolls Vintage, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping usually takes 8–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Fee
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $60. For orders under $60, a standard shipping fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Dolls Vintage purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact our customer service team first at service@dollsvintage.com.
Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days after receiving your order. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners must remain attached where applicable.
- Swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned with hygiene protection intact.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable are not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. The return address will be provided by our customer service team after your return request is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
