Return Window

Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Swimwear must have hygiene protection intact. Final sale items are not eligible unless faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. The return address will be provided after approval. Please do not send returns to the company registration address.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
