Return & Refund Policy

Contact service@dollsvintage.com before returning any item. Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Swimwear must have hygiene protection intact. Final sale items are not eligible unless faulty or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. The return address will be provided after approval.

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear.
